PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which GGContent collects, uses, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User“) of the http://www.GGContent.ai website (“Site“). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by GGContent.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information refers to information that is connected to a User’s name, and may include things such as a User’s email address, mailing address, telephone number, and demographic information. GGContent collects personal information when Users voluntarily submit it to us. For example, we may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources that we make available on our Site.
In addition to personal information that we may receive from Users, GGContent may collect other information from Users using the following technologies:

Cookies remember information about activities on the Site to make a User’s visits to the Site more enjoyable and valuable by providing a customized experience and recognizing a User’s preferences. GGContent participates in behavioral-based advertising. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

THIRD PARTY API
In order to work with YouTube influencers, we use YouTube API Services to collect data and follow their Terms of Service. Data is collected automatically and periodically, including user's profile, channel stats and video stats, and is used to evaluate performance of influencers and campaigns. Collected data may be used internally by GGContent Admins and may be shared externally with companies that are affiliated with us. We may allow third parties to have some of our data.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
GGContent has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
